This program provides school supplies and backpacks to children within the community who are in need.
In order to receive school supplies through this program, you will need to register your children.
You may register your children for this program one of two ways:
1. Online Application: You can fill out the application online and it will be sent to us electronically. This is the fastest way to register for the program.
2. Paper Application: You can download the application and mail it in to us.
